Everything about the programme sits in one place: Customers → Loyalty points. Behind it is an area of its own with ten menu entries in four groups - this chapter goes through them in order.
On top of that, points appear where they belong: as a tab of their own on the customer and on the order.
Overview
The ten menu entries
The side menu is divided into four groups. The upper half shows what has happened; the lower half, what you define.

The dashboard and its six key figures
The dashboard answers what the programme is doing right now and what it costs. Six key figures sit at the top, below them the monthly trend and the distribution across the loyalty tiers.
Key figure
What sits next to it
Points outstanding
the euro value as a liability
Redeemed in total
the redemption rate in percent
Members in the program
their share of all customers
Pending points
the number of open bookings
Transactions
bookings in total
Orders
those with point activity
The first figure is the most important: points outstanding times point value is the amount your customers could redeem at any moment. That is the figure for the provision.
Statistics in three tabs
Where the dashboard shows the state, the statistics show the development. Three tabs split the programme along the three questions people ask of a loyalty programme.
Members & tiers - who takes part and how the tiers are distributed
Rewards & goals - what is actually redeemed and reached
The statistics belong to the Business plan.
What has happened
The point ledger
Under "Bookings" sits the complete list of all movements. It is called the point ledger because that is exactly what it is: a record from which every balance can be derived again at any time.
Column

Date

Customer

Type
earned, redeemed, correction
Status

Order

Nothing is deleted or overwritten. A correction is one more line, not a changed one.
Customers and reached goals
The customer list shows balance and pending points per customer. From it a manual point booking can be made - with a reason that stays with the booking.
Under "Reached goals" it says which customer reached which goal when, how often and with what bonus. For repeatable goals that is more than one line per customer.
What you define
Boosters, loyalty tiers, rewards and goals
These four lists are the actual tool. They are built the same way: a list with the decisive columns, a form per entry, a switch for active.
List
Most important columns
Boosters
name, active, effect, rule, scope, priority
Loyalty tiers
name, threshold, minimum orders, multiplier, colour, active
Rewards
name, points, product, priority, active
Goals
name, threshold, bonus, repeatable, priority, active
A goal can be one-off or repeatable. Repeatable means the bonus falls due again every further time the threshold is crossed - "every 25,000 points" instead of "at 25,000 points".
Points on the customer and on the order
The customer record and the order each get a tab of their own. On the customer it shows the balance with its history, on the order which points it earned or cost - each with the full calculation.
That puts the answer to a customer question where support already is, not in another menu. These tabs belong to the Business plan.
Two conditions for the rule builder
The plugin extends the Shopware rule builder with a group of its own, "Loyalty programme", holding two conditions: a customer's point balance and their loyalty tier.
That lets you tie shipping methods, payment methods, discounts and shopping experiences to the programme - free shipping from Platinum upwards, say, without needing another plugin for it.
Where do I find the loyalty programme in the administration?
Under Customers → Loyalty points. Behind it sits an area of its own with ten menu entries in the groups Overview, Management, Configuration and System.
Which figure does my accounting need?
Points outstanding, converted into euros. The dashboard shows it directly as a liability under the first key figure.
Can I credit a customer points by hand?
Yes, through the manual point booking from the customer list. A reason is mandatory and stays with the booking.
Are bookings ever overwritten?
No. A correction is an additional line. The balance is always the sum of all bookings and is never stored as a value.
What is a repeatable goal?
A goal whose bonus falls due again every further time the threshold is crossed - "every 25,000 points" instead of "at 25,000 points". Reached goals appear with a counter in their own list.
Can I tie shipping methods to the loyalty tier?
Yes. The plugin brings two conditions for the Shopware rule builder: point balance and loyalty tier. That covers everything rules can steer.
