Manual

Six chapters that together describe everything the plugin does - from the first setup to the last setting. Every chapter stands on its own; if you only have one question you do not have to start at the beginning.

The plugin sits in the administration under Customers → Loyalty points, the configuration under Extensions → My extensions → Loyalty Points & Rewards.

All of it can be changed. The loyalty tiers can be renamed, extended and deleted; flows and email templates are ordinary Shopware objects you can edit or switch off. One of the 18 sections carries no setting: "Points name" only shows how the term looks in the shop - you change it through the snippet.

Where do I start?

With the chapter on setting up. It walks through the nine steps of the setup assistant and names the order in which the decisions are best made.

Where do I find a particular setting?

In the chapter All settings. It lists all 54 settings in the order of the configuration, each with its section, type, default value and technical name.

Is the manual available in German too?

Yes, at the root of the site. Both versions share the same structure and the same content; the labels come from the matching language file of the plugin.

Where do the details about the settings come from?

Straight from the configuration file of the plugin. When a setting changes there, this page changes with it - which is why it cannot go stale.
